“Active” is a great word used to describe our children’s ministry. The children have many opportunities during the year to grow in the basics of their faith through Bible study classes, Vacation Bible School, and Wednesday night Westside Kids Club throughout the school year.
Children that come through the Children’s ministry at Westside develop a great foundation for their faith! Westside offers age-specific Bible studies on Sunday morning, and our Westside Kids Club program on Wednesday nights teaches the importance of the scriptures by memorization and application. There are also great opportunities for the younger children to experience the love of God in their early stages from the Bible study teachers on Sunday morning and through children’s church during the morning worship.

Kid’s Club is Our Children’s Mid-Week Program
NOTE: The first Day for Kid’s Club will be Wednesday, August 20th.
Wednesdays from 6:00-7:30pm
Our Wednesday Westside Kids Club is one of the highlights of our Wednesday night programs! Led by adults who have a desire to see children grow up to learn and know God’s Word, the program contains snack time, fun and games, and a weekly lesson that is focused on the Scriptures. Children are challenged each week to “hide God’s word in their hearts” through study and memorization. If you would like more information about Westside’s Kids Club, contact the church office.

2025 GOSPEL Egg Hunt
The 2025 GOSPEL Egg Hunt is in the books! The community really showed up and we had an amazing time getting to meet so many great people. You can view pictures from this past year in our past events page.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE: We care deeply about our children and their safety. Everyone who works with our children and student ministry submits to a National Background Check before being allowed to work in the ministry, and are rechecked on a recurring basis. They also have taken ministry safe training that aids in the safety of everyone involved in the ministry.
