Women’s Ministry Bible Study
Each Thursday through May 28 at 6:00pm
The Women of Westside are meeting weekly through Thursday May 28 for a Bible Study from Lisa Harper called “A Jesus-Shaped Life.” This is a seven week study from her “back porch theology” series. A lite meal and child care is provided. If you have any questions please contact the church office or Geri Newhouse.
Mother’s Day Breakfast/Child Dedication
Sunday, May 10 at 9:30am
Come join us for this special breakfast celebrating our moms! The whole church and community is invited for this breakfast. We are asking that the families provide items for this breakfast so that our mom’s do not have to. See the signup sheet in the foyer for food sign up or contact the church office if you have questions.
We will also have a child dedication in the morning worship service. If you would like your child(ren) to be dedicated please contact the church office by May 6.
Senior Adult Bible Study – Thursday, May 14, 11:00am
The next Senior Adult Bible Study is May 14. We are going verse by verse through the Gospel of John. We will be in John 15 this month. Invite a friend to join you and bring your Bible.
Graduate Recognition Service – Sunday, May 17, 10:45am
We will honor our high school and college graduates on this Sunday in the worship service. if you have a graduate please contact the church office by May 13 or contact Pastor Jeff Walker.
Memorial Day – Monday, May 25, 2026
The church office will be closed on Monday, May 25 in observance of Memorial Day.
FUGE Student Camp – June 8-12
The students will be going to FUGE camp at Southern Weslyan University in South Carolina. There are limited spots. If you are intersted in going please contact Pastor Jeff Walker for more details. The cost is $405 per student and some scholarships are available.

“Emerald Crossing” Vacation Bible School
July 20-24, 9:00am-12:00pm
This year’s VBS from Answers in Genesis will focus on Psalm 23. We are excited to have our children back in the Word of God this week. They will be immersed in the Scriptures as well as playing all the usually fun games, music, crafts, and snacks. Vacation Bible School is geared for children 4 years old through 5th grade.
